Regional airports serve all parts of New Hampshire

There are many regional airports that serve all parts of New Hampshire. You’ll find year-round commercial, private, and charter flights, as well as single and multiple runways of varying lengths of asphalt and turf, some offering a control tower. There may be 24 hour fueling, overnight hangar rentals and tie-downs, and terminal buildings with lounge areas, on-site hotels, and restaurants.

Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) in Manchester is the primary hub for departures and arrivals in New Hampshire.

To the south, Logan (BOS) in Boston offers major international service, whereas Manchester-Boston is closer to the mountain and lake regions.

Portsmouth International Airport (PSM) in Portsmouth is a nice alternative to BOS or MHT, though it only services Allegiant flights.

Lebanon Municipal Airport (LEB) in Lebanon, on the Vermont border, also offers commercial service to the western part of the state.

Major international airport serving Massachusetts and all of central New England. Cape Air, a smaller, regional airline centered upon Cape Cod and the Island, flies from Logan and offers air service to Hyannis, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, New Bedford, Provincetown, and Providence, Rhode Island.

The Mount Washington Regional Airport (KHIE) has provided general aviation services in the White Mountains for more than 50 years. The airport is 60 miles east of Montpelier, Vermont, and 25 miles southwest of Berlin, New Hampshire. It is used heavily by charter companies; it is not serviced by a control tower. Services: 24-hour fuel system for 100LL; overnight hangar rentals and tie-downs, an FBO with on-field aircraft maintenance; terminal building with lounge area. Open year round.
