The hotel, surrounded by the 800,000-acre White Mountain National Forest, offers a limited number of dog-friendly rooms for up to two dogs per room with a total weight of 110 pounds or less. A trail leading to Eagle Mountain can be accessed from the parking lot, but other trails, for hiking or snowshoeing or cross-country skiing with your pet, can be found nearby. Ask at the front desk for suggestions. For human guests, the hotel features a popular tavern, a seasonal outdoor heated pool and a nine-hole golf course.
